These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chombly mobile application, related websites, and associated pet-care services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Home Indor Technology Inc.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using Chombly you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
Chombly is a marketplace platform that connects pet owners (“Pet Owners”) with independent pet-care providers such as groomers, veterinary businesses, boarding facilities, daycare centers, walkers, and trainers (“Providers”). Chombly enables discovery, booking, scheduling, communication, and payment coordination. Chombly is not a provider of pet-care, grooming, veterinary, or boarding services and does not employ Providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe present a risk to the community.
When you book a service, you enter into a direct agreement with the applicable Provider. Prices, deposits, availability, and cancellation policies are set by each Provider and displayed before you confirm. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Chombly may charge service or platform fees, which will be disclosed before checkout. Refunds are subject to the applicable Provider’s cancellation policy and applicable law.
Providers are independent contractors responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they offer, including holding all required licenses, certifications, and insurance. Providers agree to honor confirmed bookings, communicate promptly, and comply with all applicable laws and animal-welfare standards.
Pet Owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets, including behavior, health, vaccinations, allergies, and special needs. You agree to disclose any condition that could affect the safety of a Provider, other animals, or the public.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by posting false, harmful, or unlawful content, harassing other users, circumventing the platform to avoid fees, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Chombly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the Services.
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not contain false, defamatory, or offensive content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Chombly does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any service booked through the platform and does not endorse any Provider. Any dispute regarding a service is between the Pet Owner and the Provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Indor Technology Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Services or from interactions with Providers or other users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Indor Technology Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Al descargar, acceder o utilizar los Servicios, usted acepta quedar obligado por estos Términos y por nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si no está de acuerdo, no debe utilizar los Servicios. Si utiliza los Servicios en nombre de un negocio, declara que está autorizado para obligar a dicho negocio a estos Términos.
Debe tener al menos 18 años y capacidad para celebrar un contrato legalmente vinculante para usar los Servicios. Al usar Chombly, usted declara y garantiza que cumple estos requisitos y que toda la información que proporciona es exacta y actual.
Chombly es una plataforma de tipo marketplace que conecta a propietarios de mascotas (“Propietarios”) con proveedores independientes de cuidado de mascotas, como peluqueros, negocios veterinarios, hospedajes, guarderías, paseadores y entrenadores (“Proveedores”). Chombly permite descubrir, reservar, agendar, comunicarse y coordinar pagos. Chombly no presta servicios de cuidado, peluquería, veterinaria u hospedaje y no emplea a los Proveedores.
Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales y de toda la actividad que ocurra en su cuenta. Acepta notificarnos de inmediato cualquier uso no autorizado. Podemos suspender o cancelar cuentas que infrinjan estos Términos o que razonablemente consideremos un riesgo para la comunidad.
Cuando reserva un servicio, celebra un acuerdo directo con el Proveedor correspondiente. Los precios, depósitos, disponibilidad y políticas de cancelación son fijados por cada Proveedor y se muestran antes de confirmar. Los pagos pueden ser procesados por procesadores de pago externos. Chombly puede cobrar tarifas de servicio o de plataforma, que se informarán antes del pago. Los reembolsos están sujetos a la política de cancelación del Proveedor y a la ley aplicable.
Los Proveedores son contratistas independientes responsables de la calidad, seguridad y legalidad de los servicios que ofrecen, incluida la obtención de todas las licencias, certificaciones y seguros requeridos. Aceptan honrar las reservas confirmadas, comunicarse con prontitud y cumplir todas las leyes y normas de bienestar animal aplicables.
Los Propietarios son responsables de proporcionar información exacta sobre sus mascotas, incluidos comportamiento, salud, vacunas, alergias y necesidades especiales. Acepta informar cualquier condición que pueda afectar la seguridad de un Proveedor, de otros animales o del público.
Acepta no hacer un uso indebido de los Servicios, incluyendo publicar contenido falso, dañino o ilícito, acosar a otros usuarios, eludir la plataforma para evitar tarifas o intentar interrumpir u obtener acceso no autorizado a los Servicios. Usted conserva la titularidad del contenido que envía, pero otorga a Chombly una licencia no exclusiva, mundial y libre de regalías para alojar, mostrar y usar dicho contenido para operar y promover los Servicios.
Las reseñas deben reflejar una experiencia genuina y no deben contener contenido falso, difamatorio u ofensivo. Podemos eliminar contenido que infrinja estos Términos.
Los Servicios se proporcionan “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ningún tipo. Chombly no garantiza la calidad, seguridad ni el resultado de ningún servicio reservado a través de la plataforma y no respalda a ningún Proveedor. Cualquier disputa relativa a un servicio es entre el Propietario y el Proveedor.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Home Indor Technology Inc. y sus afiliadas no serán responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, ni de pérdidas derivadas de su uso de los Servicios o de sus interacciones con Proveedores u otros usuarios.
Acepta indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a Home Indor Technology Inc. frente a cualquier reclamación, daño o gasto derivado de su uso de los Servicios, de su contenido o de su incumplimiento de estos Términos o de la ley aplicable.
Puede dejar de usar los Servicios en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o cancelar su acceso si infringe estos Términos, genera riesgo o exposición legal, o si descontinuamos los Servicios.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. Publicaremos la versión actualizada y revisaremos la fecha de “Última actualización”. El uso continuado de los Servicios tras la entrada en vigor de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los Términos revisados.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Carolina del Norte, Estados Unidos, sin considerar sus principios sobre conflicto de leyes.
